  • Activity Pass Options and Fees:

Activity passes are good for entry to all CCA athletics and activities for the 2023-2024 school year except for postseason events. New for the 2023-2024 School year, the district is operating a pilot program where all CCA students will get in for FREE for all school programs.

    Free Student Activity Passes

Students at CCA will get a FREE CCA Activity Pass this school year. The FREE pass is part of a pilot program we are testing this year. The pass will get students into most home activities/events but activity passes do not work for WaMaC hosted events and postseason events per WaMaC Conference Rules.  In order to get into the CCA events for FREE, students must have their Activity Pass with them upon entry to the event.

HOW DO I GET THE FREE STUDENT ACTIVITY PASS?

    1. You can pick up the student free pass(s) at Back to School Nights.
    2. After Back to School nights, the passes will be available for pick-up at your student's building until the first day of school.
    3. Students in grades 6-12: High School students will get their pass on August 24 during CLT. Seniors can get their pass at lunch or through the high school main office. Middle School students will receive their pass during their homeroom class.
    4. Students K-5: Any passes not picked up will be sent home with the students. Parents should watch for the passes.
    5. PK students continue to be free and do not require a pass.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STUDENT LOSES THEIR ACTIVITY PASS?

There will be a fee of $5.00 for a replacement Activity Pass.

CAN I TAKE A PHOTO OF MY PASS AND SHOW THE PASS ON MY PHONE?

No, not at this time. Passes are required at the time of entry to any CCA home athletic/activity event.

WHEN IS THE FIRST HOME EVENT FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR?

On August 22 the High School volleyball teams have their first home event at the High School.  For those students who may not receive their passes in time for the first few games, they will still be able to attend. Gate workers will be asking if they are a CCA student and manually tracking them.
