Attention CCA Families;

Re: Influenza Information

We have cases of influenza throughout our school district. Although the number of students affected

appears to be low right now, I wanted to let parents know that we are seeing it. The symptoms

reported include fever, body aches, some nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, and fatigue.

As a reminder, we ask that children who are sick and symptomatic stay home (at least) until they are

fever-free for 24 hours without the aid of fever-reducing medicine. If your child has vomiting and/or

diarrhea related to illness, they should stay home for (at least) 24 hours after the last episode of

vomiting/diarrhea.
